Here in our FAQ section you will be able to read some of the common questions we get asked by our customers, most of the topics are covered but if there is something that is not on this page please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

General

Q: Are your products covered by a warranty? [+]

A: Our products are covered by their manufacturer warranty, which will cover defects or fitment issues for a period of one year.

Q: What is your return policy? [+]

A: If you need to return an item, please contact us. Unless the return is due to an error on the company's part, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred during the return or exchange. All returns, except those caused by our error, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Wheels that have been mounted or other used items are not returnable. Special order items are not returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Q: What is your shipping policy? [+]

A: Tezta Limited delivers all of its goods to the respective carrier properly boxed to prevent damage. Damage incurred during transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. All items are insured for full value. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package, listing specific damages on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify Tezta Limited and the respective carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier. If necessary, we will assist you in any claim to the degree practical.

Please inspect all merchandise carefully before installing it on the car. This includes, but is not limited to, mounting tires, painting, or modifying the product in any way, shape, or form. In order to make a damage claim, you must contact Tezta Limited before installing the product on the car. Once the item has been installed, it is considered used and is not returnable under any circumstance.

Tech

Q: Will your products affect my cars original warranty? [+]

A: Modifying your car can affect your cars warranty depending on your dealer. Its important to check with your dealer on what will or will not affect your warranty, in most cases if you change you wheels and then have a problem with your air conditioning, it is not related so the dealer should not be able to blame your new wheels.

Q: Can my dealer detect your ECU software upgrade? [+]

A: No, our ECU upgrade from DMS Automotive is completely undetectable by the dealers diagnostic systems.

Q: Can I order custom wheels with my own fitment specs? [+]

A: Yes some of our alloy wheels are fully customizable, if you have a custom fitment you are looking for please contact us and let us know what you need, we can confirm with our suppliers what can be made specifically for your cars.

Q: What quality fuel do i need to use after tuning my ECU? [+]

A: DMS optimizes their software to work with 98 octane, your car will still work with 95 octane however performance will be affected. Please do not use any lower than 95 octane and use 97 or 98 RON when available to maximize performance. Some clients use a mixture of pump and racing fuel to acheive the desired fuel quality.

Q: Is ECU tuning reversible? [+]

A: Yes, our programs are reversible and can be put back to stock for whatever reason you may have, if you are not satisfied with DMS' program and want your stock program back please notify us immediately and we will return your ECU to its original setting and not charge you.

 

Billing

Q: What forms of payment do you take? [+]

A: Currently we only accept cash, cheque or wire/bank transfers.

Q: How much deposit is needed to order a set of custom wheels? [+]

A: A deposit of 50% is required to start any order of custom wheels, the balance plus shipping must be paid before any wheels are shipped out.

 
 

Sales

Q: Are your products 100% authentic? [+]

A: Yes, every single product we sell is 100% authentic and original, we never sell any fake goods or replica style products.

Q: I own a shop selling car parts can we sell your products to our clients? [+]

A: Yes we do maintain a wholesale division for shops and dealers related to the automotive industry. If you are interested in being a dealer for one of our brands please send us an email with your company information and we will set you up with a wholesale account.

Q: I can find your products cheaper from another dealer, can you match or beat pricing? [+]

A: If you are looking at a product that is being sold cheaper from another dealer and would still like to buy from us, please provide us with the pricing you have received and we will do our best to match or beat it.

Q: I live overseas and I would like my cars' ECU upgraded but I am concerned with sending it to Hong Kong, what are my options? [+]

A: We have been traveling around Asia to work on cars overseas for many years and can fly out to your location to tune your cars ECU, the schedule will depend on just how many cars are needed to be worked on, further details can be discussed by email or telephone.
